By Executive Order of the Governor of the State of Colorado, Granby Ranch will suspend all winter operations, in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 and conserve medical resources in our mountain communities. These are extremely difficult and extraordinary circumstances and we thank you for your understanding during this difficult time; let’s come together as a community and support each other.
“The challenges posed by COVID-19 are unique and place significant burdens on hospitals and medical personnel. We are aware of the great cost that mountain communities face if our downhill ski resorts close, even temporarily. These costs will be borne by local residents and businesses, and by the individuals and families who come to Colorado to enjoy our beautiful mountains and world-renowned skiing. But in the face of this pandemic emergency we cannot hesitate to protect public health and safety,” the executive order reads.
We do understand the tremendous impact this has on our team and our guests. Granby Ranch, like so many businesses, is doing its best to navigate this very difficult situation; a situation which is unprecedented, unanticipated and not of our making. It our policy to issue vouchers for next season for products purchased. Because of the order, and in an effort to cooperate with social distancing for the well-being of the general public, there will be very few team members still working, with reduced hours, from home, to wrap up and close as well as communicate with our customers and guests. Please email email@example.com including your last name and your reservation number, with the subject line COVID-19. We ask for your patience as we work as quickly as possible to process all the emails and requests we receive.
