Located only 15 miles from Winter Park, Colorado and 79 miles from DIA, SolVista Basin is in the heart of snow country. Your group will be welcome right here at Granby Ranch to enjoy sledding, tubing, snowshoing, snowboarding, and skiing from December through April, or to explore local hot springs, hot air balloon rides, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and carriage-drawn sleigh rides within minutes of our community.

Since 1982, when SolVista Basin was known as Silvercreek, we have served thousands ski groups, youth outings, church groups, corporate trips, and family reunions. Our group sales team works to ensure the ease of booking your ski trip, so that you can have more time to enjoy our winter amenities. We offer discounted ski, snowboard and snowshoe packages, with personalized service every step of the way.

Here are a few tips and tricks to help you get started with your next adventure in the Rocky Mountains.

1) If you are available to come during Value Season, our rates start at $25 per lift ticket. You will also be able to take advantage of discounted lodging during off-peak times. If you are planning your trip during a holiday weekend, or during Spring Break, our lift tickets start at $30 per person. Lodging is more limited at this time, so book early!

2) We will work with your itinerary to plan a convenient time for you to be at the mountain to have your group fitted for equipment. We recommend
setting up an appointment at 5:00 pm the day before your group will be skiing, or 7:30 am the day of your arrival.

3) Make sure each guest brings sunblock, goggles, non-cotton socks and base layers. It is very important that our guests drink plenty of water. Granby
Ranch is at 8,000 feet, so we recommend a gallon of water per day, starting 2 days before your arrive.

4) We will need your final order 7 days prior to arrival, with one form of payment due at this time. Your tickets will be nicely bundled and
easy to distribute when you arrive.

5) Have fun on our mountain! We have two interconnected mountains that lead to the same place, so no one gets lost. The East Mountain has trails with
beginner and intermediate terrain, while the West Mountain will challenge the intermediates and advanced skiiers and riders. We have six progression
terrain parks, and over 10 acres of gladed tree runs. After a full day of winter activities, your group can relax by the fireside for dinner and drinks at Seven Trails Grille, located in Base Camp Lodge at Granby Ranch. Our Apres Ski menu and entertainment was recently voted Sky Hi Daily News "Best of Grand County."

A minimum of twenty (20) guests on the same day is required for group rates. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to book your reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. Your FINAL order must be submitted 7 days prior to your group’s arrival date. You do not need to amend this order each time there is a change to your group, but we do encourage you to notify us of any significant changes at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Group leader must purchase and pick up lift ticket upon arrival, and only one form of payment will be accepted for the entire order. Accepted forms of payment are: Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Cash. Your group tickets will be printed 7 days prior to arrival, and no refunds will be process after that date.
