Chuck brings a unique background of real estate experience to Granby Ranch. He began his real estate career in the 80's as Senior Vice President of Operations for Chili's Restaurants, handling all of the company's real estate development for their national expansion program.
Chuck's love for Colorado caused him to relocate his family to Littleton, where he became a licensed broker and handled various business opportunities successfully selling restaurants.
In recent years, Chuck moved his family yet again further into the Rocky Mountains to Grand County. There he joined a real estate team marketing and successfully selling Granby Ranch. It turned out to be a mountain community with residential opportunities, outdoor adventures and neighborly friendships. On any given day, you will find Chuck chatting with the residents of Granby Ranch or showing future homeowners all that Granby Ranch has to offer. These include residential opportunities from the high $100,000s to the low $600,000s. Also a ski resort, fishing on the Fraser River, biking the mountain terrain or golfing in the valley.
