Fly-Fishing in the Colorado Rockies

Gold-medal Fly-fishing on the Fraser River

Contact Us for more information

There's no better way to fall in love with a river than to fish its waters. Come fish Granby Ranch's private three-mile stretch of the Fraser River, a beautiful gold-medal tributary of the mighty Colorado River and filled with brown, rainbow, and cutthroat trout. A peaceful day on the water is a great way to encounter Rocky Mountain wildlife, learn fishing techniques and river ecology, and reconnect with nature and your family. We offer guided fishing outings.

We offer guided trips through Trouts Fly Fishing

Trouts Fly Fishing is a full service fly shop located in the heart of Denver, CO between Downtown and Cherry Creek North. Granby Ranch and Trouts have partnered so that non-members can fish the Fraser River. Guides at Trouts seek to break down the barriers between clients and guides, providing a fishing experience that is both comfortable and informative. Trouts guides are happy to coach you on your cast, or simply get you into some fish. Communication is key, and with Trouts, you’ll never have trouble explaining exactly how you’d like to fish, and how much you’d like your guide to be involved.
