Come for a visit,
stay for a lifetime.

Granby Ranch is a four-season mountain community where families and friends connect, live, play and enjoy nature in the Colorado Rockies.

This place has a way of bringing people together, with neighborhoods connected by trails instead of sidewalks, fishing on private stretches of blue-ribbon river, golf, mountain biking and the friendliest family ski mountain around. To own a mountain home here is to do something your family will cherish for generations.
